    That's good news. Kind of beats out Diamond's support. My MX300 didn't even have official Win98 drivers if I remember right. Whatever Win2k installs as the default, I'm stuck with. Atleast I have sound

      i have an install problem with these drivers. Everytime i run them, it asks if i want to UNINSTALL my santa cruz drivers. The first time i said yes to uninstall. But after rebooting, i ran the install exe and it asks me the same question. It just keeps trying to uninstall, when i don't even have sound drivers installed! Has anyone ever had this problem? I just want to install these drivers. In fact, I can't install any drivers. I am without sound. Please help. THank you.

        Key tip;

        Uninstall the old drivers first, then when the system reboots check in the Device Manager to see if a Crystal device is present. This device will be flagged as faulty, so it should be obvious.

        If it's present remove it and then install the updated TBSC drivers.

        Win2K automatically installs the Crystal driver when it sees the DSP. Sometimes it prompts to install the new hardware, in which case you should cancel the dialog. Other times it just does it.
