Help!!! - Video Tools In winXP won't install

I've tried everything (different driver versions and different video tools version) but it won't work.
The display driver works like a charm, but the InstallShield of the video tools crashes every time I try to install and gives this message.
I'm one step from throughing the card from the window...

Almost forgot: I have Marvel G-400

Matrox won't release any drivers for this card. AAARRGGG!
