W2K and MSP 5.2 VE

While we are waiting for the the Video Tools for Windows 2000 Pro to be released, I was wondering if anyone knows if MSP 5.2 VE works in W2K?

Once we have working VT's will we be able to use the 5.2 VE software that came with our card (Rainbow Runner G-Series)?

If not, what options are available for us to use? I know that there are issues with the newer MSP 6.0 (not synching and other issues.)

What issues are there with MSP 6 amd W2k? Is there a faq on them at Ulead? Does the upcoming update for MSP6 resolve them?
