What is Boris LTD? MS Pro 6.5 Upgrade question?

When I purchased MS Pro 6.0 I got what I believe to be a trial version software titled Boris LTD. What is this software? Is this version useful? i.e. Worth installing?

I also just received my MS Pro 6.5 upgrade. I noticed upon installing this that it must detect MS Pro 5.0 or higher or VS 4.0 or higher. No problem for this install but does cause me some concern the next time I reformat my system. I really don't want to have to install MS Pro 6.0 and then 6.5 Since I upgraded to 6.5, am I going to be stuck installing both versions?

BTW, the instant preview function is awesome. Works great on my PIII 850.

Don't matter, if you format HD Ulead upgrade will ask you to insert the original Media Studio's CD and, after it detect original version, you will able to install ex novo update version.
This is what I did with update version of Video Studio 5.

Thanks for the reply, that is good news.

I've never purchased an upgrade that required the previous version. Corel Draw, for example, just gives a full install disk.
