Best Drivers for G200 + RRG

I have a G200 with a RRG, I run Windows 98SE and Turbo Linux.
What I would like is the version numbers of the best PowerDesk and VidTools to use.
I wish to transfer some VHS to VCD as the tapes are getting worn out.
Can someone give me a few ideas as to the best software to use ?

Oops forgot

Oops sorry about this, I forgot to mention that I also want to get TeleText stuff from this as well.
I do not need the drivers for linux, as I only "play" with that OS at the moment, although TV view/capturing advice in Linux would be useful.
