Overlay control

I am using matrox G450 DH along with pinnacle DV500 editing card. Because of the defect of DV500, the overlay screen of DV avi video (coded by pinnacle dv) on PC monitor is too dark.
I know most of Graphic cards have utility to control overlay screen, but matrox G450 doesn't.
I wonder if there is any kind of third party utility with which I can change the brightness of overlay video screen on PC monitor.

I know that Matrox G400 supports brightness, contrast and blackwhite settings of overlay sufrace. But I don't know any program that would allow You to adjust it.

windvd can do that, though only with all video content played back through the windvd frontend.

My personal version of DivXG400 can handle it, too
But I'm afraid neither one helps jigjag06...

Welcome to MURC, Jigjag.

Your best bet to get an answer to your question would be in our Desktop Video forum. There are a few people over there who use Pinnacle cards, and may have a solution for you.
