Question for Dr. Mordrid:
When I received my Marvel G200TV Avid Cinema and Photo Express 2.0 were included. Since the disk has no serial number I can't get help from Ulead.
I have upgraded my OS to Win ME. Since then when I try to open the initial screen comes up but so too a window with "Ipe has caused an error in unknown. Ipe will now close". There is no option but to tic OK and then it closes.
I did go to the Ulead site and found two patches which I downloaded and tried to install but I get a message than no version in English is installed. My version is a "Five In One" with five languages.
The patches offered were only avaiable in English.
Do you have any suggestions how I can get this program to work again? Thanks.
