Who makes A/V front face or external box?

Does anybody know where I can get an A/V front face or external box.

What I want would have as follows:
3 RCA jacks input
3 RCA jacks output
SVHS input
SVHS output
1394 connector 6pin

I will make the box if i have to but i will buy one if its out there.

Radioshack do a 4-way audio/video switchbox that allows you to switch composite sources but it doesn't have S-video or firewire ports.

Many of the macro-bustin or colour correction devices have multiple composite & S-video connections, but again I'm not aware of any that cater for firewire as well.

Fast does an edit-bay which allows patching of some cabling from the front-panel, but (AFAIK) is only available with their own cards and not as a seperate piece of kit
