asking abotu RT 2500

I have some problems with RT 2500
When adobe premiere is loading matrox avi importer ,the system is freeze, I don't know why?????
Help me

My system
Motherboard ASUS A7V/Thunderbird 1Ghz/256MB RAM/30.6Gb QUANTUM 7200rpm/G450VGA Card/RT 2500/Winodws 2000 Professional and Service Pack 1.0

Hi Arts,

Do you have the latest 4 in 1 VIA driver? I suggest you download and install it along with Win2K SP2 first thing!

After the installation of the latest 4 in 1 and SP2, do the following..

1-Uninstall Premiere

2-Uninstall MVT (which ever version you are running)

3-Download MVT 3.1 with the Beta updater (latest release from Matrox)

4-Install Premiere 6.0

5-Install MVT 3.1

6-Install the updater patch

Try opening Premiere now and see what happens.
