Is there any way to stream from MSP's timeline to TMPGenc?

I am having trouble getting a project to fit onto a single 80-min CDR, but I am only using MSP 6.5's built in settings for SVCD.

I know I can get better compression from TMPGenc at the expense of time using 2 pass VBR, and my dual system is quite nice and up to the task.

Is there any way to use ULead as a plugin for TMPGenc?
