How about a "c" with a circle around it. The other thing that you may try is to type it in Word, then cut and paste it in. Of course you may have trouble finding it in word, it has been a while for me, but it should be in the insert>symbols or something like that.WinXP Pro SP2 ABIT IC7 Intel P4 3.0E 1024M Corsair PC3200 DCDDR ATI AIW x800XT 2 Samsung SV1204H 120G HDs AudioTrak Prodigy 7.1 3Com NIC Cendyne DVR-105 DVD burner LG DVD/CD-RW burner Fortron FSP-300-60ATV PSU Cooled by Zalman Altec Lansing MX-5021

Thanks. I know I can always use "c" with circle around it. I just thought there was a way to actually use the symbol.
I can find it in Word. The problem is that you can't paste external things like this into CG Infinity.- Mark

The copyright symbol is ALT-CTRL-C in MSWord. Don't bother, it doesn't work in CGI.

Hi Hulk,
You mean like this © ?
Press and hold the ALT key and then type 0169 on the numeric keypad on your keyboard.

Yes! That's exactly what I wanted. How did you figure that out?
Thanks again,
Mark

Hi Hulk,
You can create any character that is available in the font you are using by holding down the ALT key and then typing in the code for the desired character on the numeric keypad. 0169 just happens to be the code that corresponds to the © symbol. As orangejulius mentioned, you can look up all the characters and the corresponding codes using an ASCII chart, etc., or you can just experiment: –—˜™š›œžŸ ¡¢£¥¦§¨©

I knew about the ASCII character map but really haven't had the need to use it since my first Atari 800 computer in 1982!
Thanks for the reminder!

I'm 99.99% certain that © is not part of the ASCII character set which is only 128 codes running 0x00 thru 0x7f (0-127 as decimal values).
The extended characters depend on language settings and fonts chosen. Character Map is the windows tool to use to see what you get from character codes 0x80 and above. If your system is using unicode then you have a 16-bit character set instead of 8-bits.

By the way, you can switch from the "serif" font to "sans serif" font to a "dingbat" font and get an entirely new and different set of available characters.
The "TM" is a "serif" and "sans serif" character - 0153.

P.S. If you buy Charlie Hills' "Getting Results with MediaStudio Pro" you'll find all of this information plus charts that show the characters for all types of fonts.
