I downloaded an installed the Win2000 Matrox Vid Tools from http://home01.wxs.nl/~editor/website1007.htm and everything went fine except the video only displays in the upper left corner of the screen in an aspect that looks like a movie screen.
If I drag the PC-TV window away from that corner, the picture image does not move and through the PC-TV window it shows the darkness that fills the rest of the monitor screen under the WinXP GUI (the Windows XP Desktop GUI correctly fills around the TV window when it is moved, if this makes any sense).
Have you heard about anything like this? Is there a fix? What would control this behavior. I have the most recent Win2000 drivers installed as well. Thanks.
