Using the 5.81 video drivers and the 2.10a video tool under Win2K I seem to have a strange video problem. Possibly an overlay problem?
If I am using Media Studio Pro, or playing .AVI files using BSPlayer, Zoom Player, or the Matrox PC-VCR program these programs lock-up when playing back video.
If you right click on the running program in the Start bar, and then click off the Start bar, and then again right-click on the running program the video playback is fine and the program starts responding again.
Though I can not be 100% certain, I believe this started after installing the 5.81 drivers and the 2.10a Video Tools.
I have tried to uninstall and re-install the drivers, but that did not work.
I do not experience these problems under Windows 98, or Windows XP.
I don't know if I have some other conflicting program or driver installed, or if I have some sort of setting set incorrectly.
Anyone else having this problem and/or any suggestions to try and resolve the problem?
Thank You for your help.
