If I have a PAL VCR and an NTSC VCR I should be able to hook up the PAL into my input, the NTSC into output, set my computer to output to TV, and play the PAL on some program I should be able to do realtime conversion of the PAL tape to NTSC, right? What program should I use to play the video: PC-VCR or AVI_IO (I can't seem to find the settings for video source in PC-VCR though)? Will it mess up any of the sizes when I put the video to full screen? If I am to configure the output display on a TV before hooking into a VCR will those settings be the same on the VCR? This is on a Matrox Marvel G200 and Win98.
I'd try it real quick, but I just told someone else I may be able to do it, so I don't actually have any of the stuff besides the G200.
Thanks for the help,
Thien
