Cannot capture with the current driver

Help please

Matrox Marvel G400TV, Win2000, MSP6.

Problem is that when I run a capture, I get an error message that tells me that "unable to open the file with the current driver" the file size is 2.27GB

Capturing in YUY2, CIF 352x288 PAL, Matrox VidCap Driver ver 2.0.0.0
