My trusty Sony 910 decided to stop working on me. Since I still have some Hi-8 tapes laying around that need finish work I am left in a bit of a quandry.
I was looking into getting a A>D converter such as the one canopus offers. But with the death of my existing Hi8 camcorder I am wondering if I should just get a Digital8 Sony that can play back my existing Hi8 tapes as well as provide digital to analog conversion on the fly. I believe the TRV120/320 units will do both.
If anyone has tested both units I would like to hear your comparison of them.
