    Well lets see. RDRAM costs more, is impressive in the right benchmarks, but offers barely detectable improvements in the real applications most people buy computers for.

    Sounds like Intel finally woke up!

      Actually Intel showed on their road map some 6+ months ago that RDRAM would be phased out by Q3 2003.

        And may RAMBUS and their heavy-handed marketing and legal departments slowly twist in the wind, die a painfully long death and rot into wormy earth....
