    Mine is a rev 1.04 that comes with latest 1004 bios.
    But how i said, now it neither POST and boot, just cpu fans and mobo led is on.
    I was starting to think XP cpus (not MP) caused problems, but after found this (exactly same stuff)...:

    Seems to be common with the latest rev. 1.04

          knowing what kind of PCI cards our esteemed doctor likes I would guess a RAID card from Promise, or more surprising a Kick ass Soundcard.....

          BTW:
          I respect that Dr Mordrid can't say anything, but it wont stop me from suspecting things

              Not even a Creative Soundcard can transfer that many null-bytes/sec and hog the bus that much that it would need a 64Bit one...

              The RAID, however, is very much possible.
              But we named the *dog* Indiana...
