How to update RR G-Series

I have a G200 AGP card linked to Rainbow Runner G-Series. I have recently installed XP Pro and found not unsurprisingly a lot of what used to work, now no longer works. What do I need to update to get my Video Capture software to function again ? or is this another example of built-in obsolescence from the Manufacturers ? Are drivers so difficult to update ?
Any sort of help one way or the other would be appreciated.
