green line in Mpeg2

I have Marvel and my problem is that when
i convert a MJPEG file to MPEG2 with Ligos
LSX, a left vertical green line appears.
Does anyone knows what is the problem?

On the computer monitor or TV ?
I experienced something like you did and the audio switch in the BOB caused it. Bypassing the audio reduced the frquency of the problem but didn't eliminate it.
Sometimes it was enough to switch over to TV AND switch the channell and back again to the play on PC VCR.
