    " Summary

The new Intel® Xeon™ processor MP brings a broad range of innovations that makes it the new performance
standard for demanding enterprise and e-Business server applications. The winning combination of Intel® NetBurst™
microarchitecture, Hyper-Threading technology, and the Integrated Three-Level cache architecture together
results in increased performance, throughput and scalability for multi-threaded applications in multi-processor
    server environments.

The Intel® XeonTM processor may contain design defects or errors known as errata, which may cause the product to deviate from published specifications. "

You gotta hand it to Intel, at least they're consistent with their errata, even at £3500 for 1 processor

Take a look and the P4 Norwood CPU, almost exactly the same specs as the Xeon at less than half the price. I got one and it encodes Video faster than any other CPU out there.
