  • video stabilizer, macrovision

Since there is no macrovision crack for w2k, I am thinking about getting a video stabilizer. The two problems I have is that some video tapes will drop lots of frames, and some will work fine for about 10 min, and the macrovision message will pop up.

I was thinking of getting this one:

Probably will only work on level 1 Macrovision. For one that will work on level 2 as well (but certainly not all Macrovision affected video) check the SIMA SCC at http://www.videoguys.com/sima.htm . $129 USD.

I'm not really too concerned with macrovision, Its just that I can't capture video from my regular tapes. It will seem to work for about 10 min, then I will get the message. Another of my videos will cause close to 20% dropped frames, eventhough from the looks of it, the video is very high quality.
