Recording from TV-Tuner-Card
Hi folks,
I just bought a TV-Tuner-Card which works well under win98.
Now i ask myselft if it would me possible to record videos (no editing) in a quality like VHS digitally. I have no mpeg decoder-card or anything. Is this possible at all without capture card and if not, what simplest (cheapest) card would make this possible?
-my harddrive (IDE) has a speed of about 9 Mbyte/sec; CPU= AMD K6-2/400; RAM: 256mb
