Amoisonic VDR 2000: Anybody Tested Yet?

Has anybody had a chance to test the recording quality of this S-VCD standalone recorder? Price?

Can you believe I received an e-mail from them admitting the product doesn't work well at this time and they don't recommend anybody order it yet ?

Wow. I couldn't believe that. But they added their engineers are working hard to get the bugs worked out of it.

Disappointing, but you have to give them credit for honestly replying. I just with it had extended to not marketing it until it was ready....
