Urgent Vid. Capturing Question

Since I'm the one who doesn't know much about vid capturing at all, the boss would like me to capture @ 10 minutes of vid at 320 X 200 either 16/24 bit and have it in both AVI and Quicktime formats. I need this to be very small, meg wise, and playable back through standard set-ups. I have a Matrox G200 and a RR-G Series sitting here ready to go. Any help would be most greatlt appreciated!!!

So what's your question ?

Your RR-G will capture happily at 352*340 using the Matrox HW codec, you can easily reduce this (if necessary) with the Ulead software provided, and then render into both AVI and QT formats. For compatibility reasons you will need to pick a common AVI codec such as one of the Microsoft or Indeo offerings (plenty been published on those already)
