How to tune channels RRG in W2K

I live in Russia and here is very strange TV standard: SECAM, 625 TV lines (audio IF 6.5 MHz) and noncontinual set of TV channel's freqencies. Can anybody tell me what I must do with registry settings to take a working RR-G (international) TV tuner in Win2000 under 5.06 beta drivers?

I don't exactly know how to do it myself. If you post your problem on the Matrox technical support forum (Video Editing), they can make a custom registry file for your region. They are usually very willing to help.
