Marvel g400 in real-time streaming applications?
Ok people.
Here's my problem. I've been give the task of recommending a video-capture card that does realtime streaming with Realmedia.
We have Realmedia Producer and the suite of Real server type products. They sorta say that the Marvel is ok but they recommend the Osprey series of cards (prob. because they own part of the Osprey company).
Basically I need s-video/rca composite/2-channel analog stereo input. Basic features I'd imagine. And mpeg2 or any format Realmedia server can easily take and stream at decent resolution on a webpage (ie. up to 320x240@30fps and 24-bit colour).
NT4 or Win2000 of course.
