Audio Encoding Problem in TMPGEnc

Hi All,

I am trying to encode to mpg in TMPGEnc. The source file is DivX and MPEG Layer-3,123 kBit/s, 48,000 Hz, Stereo.

For some unknown reason the audio is not being encoded.

Any ideas ??

In Option/Environment Settings have you selected an external MP3 encoder? TMPGEnc can only do layer 1 and 2.

I have loaded the file in VirtualDub and cleared out the problem. It has been an improper vbr in the avi file.

I have rencoded the file in good old VirtualDub and then into TMPGEnc.
