DivX brightness problems

Hi. I am capturing 704x480 video in YUY2 with HuffYUV compression, and resizing and encoding it using Premiere and the DivX low motion codec. The resulting video is much brighter than the source material. I had to gamma correct it by almost 80% to get it close to where it should be, and by then the video looked like it had a white film over it. Any ideas how to fix this?

What version of DivX are you using? I don't see this with ver. 3.11a.
