a good app to view TV with

does anyone know a good application to view television with, that will work with BT8x8 chipset? I have a Pinnacle StudioPCTV Pro, and the software that came with it sucks severely (at least in Win2k, where I use it).

I wouldn't mind an app working with the card and Win2k, providing stereo sound and also capable of PAL input
