Hi: does any one know if you can run a firewire 1394 card on windows NT? I've downloaded drivers for my Marvel and soundcard but I'm struggling for firewire

As far as I know USB and 1394 forget about it on NT.
The upgrade from NT to 2000 was pretty painless for me.

Windows NT unfortunately is history as we know it. A very primitive OS, I refuse to even support it at work.
It may be good if you run it strictly as a file server but nothing more.
I strongly suggest you upgrade to at least Windows 2000 which will enable support for USB and firewire.
