I was over at the Matrox Digital video site and saw the Matrox RT.X10 over there and M was plugging it as a home solution to editing video in real time. Is this a RT.X100 "lite" verison? Sorta like a Marvel, but costs more and is a seprate card??

It's not in the online store yet either... I wonder what it costs. Wouldn't work in my box anyway, since no via chipsets are allowed. Then there's the small problem of not having a DV camera or any interest in video editing...Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. Bastard coated bastards with bastard filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive, bubble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine. -- Dr. Perry Cox

I beleive it retails for about $599....so it should be around $499 once it hits stores. the thing is if i were gonna buy that, i would just pay the extra $500 for the RT.X100 lol
