Virtualdub AND (bbMPEG OR ...)

has anyone had any luck getting Virtualdub's frame server to work with bbMPEG? If it can't be done, are there any other free AVI to MPEG converters out there that will work with Vdub?

I'm trying to compress several 2Gig files into a single MPEG file. HELP!

Frame Server works with bbmpeg, panasonic, lsx, and apparently Heuris without a problem. (tMPEG also works, but only in VCM mode)
Most likely you need to go into the virtualdub subdir "AVIPROXY" and run proxyon.reg
