Free or close to free storage

I want to find someplace I can upload my videos for storage and for other people to download. Since the average DivX file is pretty big, does anyone know of a nice free webhosting place that allows ftp access?
or, a close to free place?

set up your own ftp server! it's a piece of cake!...

only limitation is that you have to run your pc 24/7 and have some kind of permanent web access without too high costs

xoom do free webspace- they say its unlimited but after 60 or 70 mg they start deleting stuff.

but you could always have mulitple xoom acounts :OP
