MPEG -> DivX
I have some short 5min MPEG1 files that I want to convert to DivX.
I usually just set it to fast 2000, but when I play it the video is a little choppy, it seems to skip some frames. When I look at statistics in media player, I notice that when I play the MPEG1 file it says ~30, yet when I play the Divx its like 27. it should be 29.97.
I thought maybe, they were just errors, but when I run VCDGear, I cant play the output.
I guess I'm doing something wrong.
