Premiere + Marvel G400 TV
Hi ya all, I was wondering if I could ask you guys / galls a questions. I'm using premiere 5.1. I know its not a recomended editor but prefer to use it because I'm familiar with it and am able to use the Panasonic plugin directly.
I was just wondering if any of you have problems using files larger then about 1Gb in the preview window. When I use e.g. a 2Gb file made with AVI_IO and preview it in premiere, at approximately the midpoint of the file it won't preview video any further. I get the audio though, but the video freezes. I tried all the usual, the prem50.ini, order of installation for premiere and Matrox drivers, 24bit instead of 16 for color and several other hints and tips to no avail.
Has any of you premiere users had this problem and maybe found a solution to it?
