bbMPEG beta 1.248 - includes SVCD fixes

This was posted to rec.video.desktop earlier today in reply to a question about bbMPEG 1.23 and SVCD compliant files;

This beta version should fix the remaining SVCD scan offset problems and a few other multiplexing problems. It should also be faster!

It also contains new versions of AVI2MPG2 and AVI2MPG2_VFW, these new versions must be used with beta 8, and any PAR files from previous versions are not compatible with beta 8.

Interesting - I've just downloaded the file, extracted into my BBMPEG directory and run it - the About button says it's beta7 (not 8).

Anyone else see this?
