VIDEO/GRAPHICS CARD HELP PLEASE!

I have a Matrox G400-TV card and I am running Adobe Premiere as my editing software.I now have a Sony DV video camera and would also like to use a Canopus DV Raptor card. Would it be OK to run them both run on the same system or would they conflict?
Win 98 SE is the operating software also
what sound card would you recommend.

I see no problem with this. The Marvel coexists nicely with DV cards.

I prefer ISA audio cards because of the high PCI utilization of the PCI audio cards. I use the SB AWE64 Gold.
