personaly i am crossing my fingers that by the next gen HD cams of this sort will replace the DV standard and will be equaly esay to use with fierwier and the varid DV editing software around... espcialy of the likes of Avid Xpress DV.... mabe by version 4??? soon??? like by the end of next year..... just about the time where i would have saved enugh money to buy a camera for making some indi films .... it would be intresting to see how this plays out
