If I can remember correctly, what you're experiencing is caused by installing the Video Tools in a different directory path, than the default one.
however, I have found that reinstalling the Video Tools into the same directory without deinstalling them first fixes the problem.
Well at least it did work for me tha last three times I had that problem.
Try it and see what happends.
