No, it appears on the output too. (Monitor connected to composite Cinch output and TV connected to SVHS output).
It's not a synchro problem but a reading problem on the HD. It seems that the HD is not enough fast to playback correctly the file But it should be ! It's the same phenomen which appears when you click faster with the mouse on the windows during playback with MediaPlayer e.g. Do you see better the problem ? Thx

      I think I found the problem :
      it's the virtual memory setting.
When I desactivate it, The AVI playback is OK, without "jumps".
Of course I already try to take care of the tips like : http://www.matrox.com/mga/tech_supp/faq/video6.htm#55
But I didn''t find the right settings.
Can you tell me what is the best settings for the Virtual Cache memory, disk cache (in SYTEM.INI - [VCACHE] ), "Read Ahead Optimization" and "Typical Role" , Disk caching,...
In this FAQ, they explain how to change it, but they don't give any values.
I think it's the key of success.
      Thanks.

In some previous posts (#004362 + 004060), I found very interesting information concerning optimization of cache, virtual memory, ... Then I used Cacheman...
and it makes a great improvement for me when I playback movies.
What is Chunksize in the section [VACHE]exactly ? And is the good value = 1024 ?
