DVD subtitles

I´m using Matrox DVD player sw (Ravisent), it works well but subtitles falling down every approx. 11 minutes. Reinstall sw doesn´t help. I have G 400 dualhead, DVD - NEC 5700, PIII 700. Does anybody can help me?

If you pause the playback for a second they will show up again. I had the same problem, but not with every titles (i'm using region2 pal discs). Then i moved to w2k where cinemaster98-99 failed to work with dvdmax. Since then i'm using Cinemaster2000 and have no pain with the subtitles. I'm knocking on wood :-)
