User guide for CD Motion?

I know that a few of you out there are using CD Motion to create SVCD/VCD's. Is there a site out there explaining step by step how to do it? I tried to follow the docs, but it is a bit over my head, I need help with the linking and general layout and how to use hotspots. Pretty much an idiot's guide to CD Motion. I want to be able to make an SVCD with navigatible menus. I also have read severl places that you can make an MPEG1 stream SVCD compliant disc. Is this true or just misinformed souls. I don't think it would matter if it is called XVCD or SVCD, just as long as it works.
