MSP F/X Question, And help needed :P

i totally forgot how to make fx in the video editor :P i put a pic in Va then in Vb and tried clicking the fx in the fx panel but the OK button is greyed out, and i lost the help files. So if anyone can tell me how to properly do it or give me a link to veditor.hlp i would be most greatful.

The effects you are speaking of can only be applied to a video in video 1, 2, 3, etc...

You have them on Video A or B. The only things that A and B can do between each other are transitioning. Video 1, 2, 3, etc... are the F/X tracks used for overlaying onto the Video A or B tracks above.
