DVD Workshop pulsating video

Hi Guys,

I just created a DVD and noticed the background is pulsating, it is very annoying and don't know if this can be fixed.

Anyone know of a fix for this issue?

I can try DVD it SE, but that means re-creating the project from scratch which is a major pain in the you know what.

Downlod these files;

http://digitalvideo.8m.net/mpgvout.zip

and copy the contents into;

c:\program files\common files\ulead systems\mpeg

overwriting the files already there. Reboot to clear the cobwebs.

These are the latest MainConcept encoder libraries and are newer than anything in the Ulead update pages.

They fix pulsations and artifacting, especially in VBR with stills. They will be used by all installed MPEG.now software.
