Just wondering if anyone knows of a program that is good at manual A/V sync. That is, I need to be able to give it a list of video frames and audio times (that will be very different; not just consistently offset by a specific amount or easily compensated for by a framerate change) and have it alter the framerate or the audio (I'd rather have it alter the audio, for certain reasons, but the video would be usable) between those "sync points" such that specific video frames are always at specific audio times, with no large interruptions.
I tend to do this process messily with a couple of different programs, but it's getting sufficiently annoying that I'm tempted to write a program to do it. Most of the time, though, I find that a program already exists. Perhaps someone here knows of one? Thanks !
