  • OT: Will I be flamed and should I get my coat?

Would I be flamed for amending my signature to reflect I now have no Matrox product in my machine at all?
Whilst not wanting to sound sycophantic to any specific users I haven't found a forum which gives such helpful and friendly assistance as I get here.
Can I, or shall I sneak out the back door and move over to the novices at the ATI forum?
    Will

Many of the users here are ex-Matrox guys. I still have a Matrox graphics card or two and will probably keep them until they die or, more likely, are no longer supported, but I use no Matrox video hard/software.

            LOL!
I do (it's in a box), does that count?
I had to import the RR-G from the US (I'm from the UK) as I'd searched and seached in the UK with no luck.
I wasn't bothered about the signal (NTSC vs. PAL), I just wanted to capture.
I was so excited when I found it I now can't let it go.
            Daft eh?

I've got my Matrox Video, Graphics & TV Kit (Mystique 220, Rainbow Runner Studio, Rainbow Runner TV) all in the original box. Those cards all went back into the box when MSP started supporting DV & IEEE1394. It seems like just yesterday, but I know it's been a long time...

I found this forum originally as a Rainbow Runner user, because this was the Rainbow Runner Forum. A lot of things have changed since those days, but the level of expertise and help available here is second to none!
