DivX Questions, Virtualdb, AVI_IO

I tried capturing YUY2->DivX Low Motion directly.
it works great for the first minute, then I get dropped frames.
As the video conitiues it droppes frames faster and faster.

I can't capture with virtualDUB, I drop about 75% frames when I try.

I have an Athlon 700
Marvel G400-TV (latest drivers, w98se)
Fastrak66 raid

Try avi io. I have the same exact problem with vdub. I'm not sure why, bu tI can capture all day long with avi io adn only about a minute with vdub until I get dropped frames or no audio recorded.

actually I forgot to say, but I was using AVI_IO in the first one
