Anyone know why the DVD Workshop 1.3 Patch was pulled?

Ulead says they pulled it to incorporate updates to it. Since when is a patch updated? Usually, they would just release a 1.4 patch, right?

Seems like there might be something wrong with the 1.3 patch that they don't want to talk about.

I'm not coming down on Ulead, their software has always worked well for me, I've just never seen a patch pulled like this before and I am curious.

There are problems concerning the patch. That is why it has been pulled.
