I've been wondering the same thing.
I think the speed with which they responded to the MS Pro 7 audio problem shows where their priorities are right now.

We are working on it now. It will go live in a day or two. We just need to check another fixed bug.
WorkShop and MSP are two separate teams, therefore the resource allocation does not coincide.
I will be the PIC for WorkShop, therefore you will sure be getting a better response in the near future......that is once I've figured out WorkShop. I am not in charge of this patch though.
